Kindness Day

As part of World Kindness Day on Tuesday, children in Otawhito hid their friendship rocks for the younger children to find. The little ones were very excited and the idea was a hit!

Maori Language Week

In Koreke we have been learning the te reo version of "Baby Shark" as part of Maori language week. It has been a lot of fun!

On August 29, four teams from Otawhito traveled to Cobham Intermediate to take part in the current events quiz. We didn't place in the top 3 but it was fun! We worked in groups of 3 to answer questions about current events, geography, flags and people in the news. There were quite a few rounds but the time went fast. The people involved were William, Holly, Brooke, Jordan, George, Callum, Tom, Jiya, Joseline, Flynn and Erin. Well done everyone!
